Highly recommend going to Muscle Kare, I couldn't recommend it enough!! Over the years, a combination of sitting a lot in my day job and how our backs generally carry our stress, my posture hadn't been the best. I'd tried deep tissue massages at a few places, and although they were relaxing, they didn't actually help get to the root of the issue!Johnny at Muscle Kare worked a deep tissue massage on me, and helped me understand why my back was carrying a lot of stress - he was able to explain the situation in such a simple, comprehensible way. He's given me different stretches to do to help correct my back, and honestly it's doing wonders. I live over in London, but always try book a session in with Johnny when I'm back in Northern Ireland... Its so worth it!

I couldn't recommend Jonathan highly enough! I have suffered from tennis elbow for years. After one session with Jonathan the pain was gone!I also go for general maintenance due to my increase use of the gym. This greatly helps me reduce any aches and pains from my workouts. I would recommend to anyone who is looking a Sports Massage Therapist!

Can’t recommend highly enough. I had a few sessions during my build up to the London marathon as I was struggling with my hamstrings. Not only was the treatment first class but the continual support and advice on how speed up recovery was amazing. Not sure I’d have made it round (or recovered afterwards) without it.

Johnny helped me no end after I hurt my back at work. As a chef, I had a history of back pain but after a few deep tissue massages, i felt much more mobile and, more importantly, pain free. Now I have regular appointments to help keep me on the move. Thanks Johnny!
