Mobile Sports Massage Near Me
If you’re reading this, then you already know what you are searching for, and you are in luck. We have weekly mobile client visits that we attend in North Down.
There are some important things that you should consider when seeking a mobile sports massage therapist.
- Will there be extra charges for a therapist coming to me?
Travelling to you takes more time than you coming to us. As such, this would has an effect on our work schedule as we would need time to get back to our clinic and setup our therapy room in readiness for our next client. There maybe an extra charge, but we will discuss this with you on our initial call.
- Do I get the same service as if I came to you?
No matter if we are working in your home or in our clinic, We always offer the professional service that our clients have come to expect from us. Of course coming to us ensures that the layout of our room is prepared to ensure you get the most from the treatment. When we come to you, some of these settings are out of our control – your room may not be as quiet as it would in our clinic, but we always work with what we have.
- Is there anything I should know for you arriving?
In order to get the best from our service, the most important thing for us is space in your room. The bed takes up more space than you think, and don’t forget that we need to move around the bed to provide you with the treatment. We also need room to perform a full postural assessment, this is where we look at how your posture maybe affecting you and the likely cause of any pain or injuries. Before we arrive, please do your best to clear as much space in the room that we are going to use. Otherwise, to get the best from the treatment, you should be comfortably warm – so ensure that the heating is on to get that room toastie.
What do you expect to get from a mobile sports therapist?
Muscle Kare has built up extensive experience in various settings, including providing treatments at outdoor sporting venues and events. This provides us with vast experience to deal with the majority of aches and pains whilst being away from our base.
We aim to provide you with relief, and in some circumstances we even leave you with homework!
Aftercare is vitally important to us, and we would give you a week ~ 10 days before having a follow up call to see how you are getting on and discuss what any necessary steps may be beneficial for you.
We like to keep things simple, and only require 3 pieces of information from you; Name, Contact Number and your Postcode.
This allows us to reach out to you, to conduct a quick over the phone assessment of your symptoms and a little bit of background information about the injury and the circumstances the injury has occurred, along with any treatment (professional or otherwise) that you have tried.
Then we’d look to arrange an appointment when suits you best.
When we get in contact with you, we may offer immediate advice to give you some comfort.
